Five Tigerbarbs win high point trophies at Sugar Creek Conference meet

CLINTON, Ind. – The Paris YMCA Tigerbarbs traveled to Clinton Saturday for the Sugar Creek Valley Conference Meet. At this meet, swimmers had to qualify in the top 6 in any individual event to advance to the Area Championships held at Millstadt on August 1st.
With only 10 swimmers, Paris placed an impressive fourth overall. Nine swimmers advance to the championship meet.
Paris Tigerbarbs Tamia Philippi, Brittany Scott, Ryan Gilbert, Sarah Daily and Natalie Wells all won high point trophies in their age group.
